When we analyze the impact of Covid19 on the UK economy, the biggest issue facing business is that increasing numbers of companies are proving unwilling or unable to fulfill contractual obligations.

While the immediate impact of Covid19 may be for delays in certain proceedings, if force majeure
clauses are not in place, then it is possible that increasing numbers of cases go before the courts or
through arbitration. What this means is that there is continued demand for both litigati on and dispute
resolution lawyers, both in London and across the country.
