In the latest in the series of reports on regional employment markets which Vacancysoft is proud to co-produce with APSCo we’re looking at Wales and the Midlands. Locations in this region have been drawing more attention recently as alternatives to the high costs found in London. Notable moves to the region over the last two years include HSBC relocating the headquarters of its UK operations to Birmingham, a move which is still ongoing. The question, as ever, is where exactly should recruiters be focusing their attention? Which industries are doing better and which are becoming tighter? Are there any sectors or niches which are particularly hot or especially cold? Which cities are the hotspots in the regions? The answers to all of those questions and more can be found in the report, so download a copy now by filling in the form above.
