The Welsh economy has long been reliant on larger companies, who account for 40% of all employment in the region. However over the past few years, Finance Wales have invested substantial amounts to boost small to medium size enterprises, where this combined with Government schemes to boost the economy have resulted in a significant increase in hiring for white collar roles. In this report we analyse:
