Kalpesh has over 25 years experience in the recruitment industry, starting his career out at SThree and rising to the board.
Over the past 5 years Kalpesh has been working with mid-market and boutique recruiters on how to expand, grow and scale their businesses, and deal with opportunities created through changing market conditions.
Outside of recruitment, he involved in the hrtech/rectech sector and has worked in Financial Services with several social enterprises addressing the DE&I and skilling shortages.
