Before the project started, the client had access to a large number of CVs, but they could not efficiently sort or filter them to find CVs of relevance to a particular job. Vacancysoft’s data and technology professionals partnered with our client and their suppliers to understand their requirements. With Vacancysoft’s help, the CVs were converted to structured data and made searchable, making it much easier for consultants to quickly find suitable candidates for open roles, increasing net fee income.
Vacancysoft partnered with both the client agency and their CRM provider, where we consulted to determine the key issues and the necessary process.
We hired, trained, monitored and paid staff to process the CVs and produce structured data, where within a five month period, we catalogued over 150,000 CVs.
Finally, we worked with their CRM provider to integrate the new data and make it available to all consultants.
Vacancysoft completed the project on budget and ahead of schedule.
The client’s consultants are now able to more quickly find appropriate candidates for new vacancies, making them operationally more efficient, increasing fee income.
The client was delighted and has since recommended us to other (non-competing) agencies
