The Standard: London fintech firms recruit thousands more staff

Over three thousand job vacancies in fintech were advertised during the first quarter of 2024. As the industry has matured, roles in risk and compliance have experienced the most significant increase in recruitment, rising by over 85% in London. Risk Management is the fastest-growing role, with vacancies surging by 135% compared to 2023.
