  • Charities / NGOs looking to professionalise their operations and with that, hire more full time professionals on staff
  • Austerity meaning greater demand for services provided by Charities
  • GDPR meaning Charities having to invest more in IT/Technology to secure supporter data, where Q1 and Q2 especially saw significant spikes as a result.
