We are looking for an Executive Assistant to support the CEO during a very exciting period of exponential growth. 

What will you be doing?

• Supporting the CEO by taking ownership of the junior commercial aspects of his day to day. This may include organising email shots for him, sending out LinkedIN requests on his behalf, working with the sales team to schedule meetings for him etc.
• Helping him organise the marketing function in the business, by ensuring that all reporting is maintained and adhered to. Also take responsibility for certain marketing tasks.
• Work with him on the product platform to identify issues needed to be debugged. Also as you become familiar, make ticket suggestions for improvements.
• Work with the Warsaw Managing Director on Polish Statutory matters as they come up
• Organise his travel schedule, hotels etc.

What we are looking for?

• Fluent English
• High levels of organisation
• Positive attitude

Some prior work experience is helpful, but not essential. This role could be taken by someone looking for an entry role, straight from University, wanting an opportunity to work in a Technology company, with a highly varied role, working across sales, marketing, product development and business management.
