Main duties

• Acting as lead contact for all clients representing small and medium companies
• Helping with user account set-up for the Analytics platform (chart building etc.)
• Ensuring seamless communication with our users (support email)
• Converting all log file updates in Google doc to CRM
• Building lists into key accounts for secondary teams not buying
• Identifying leads for the sales team from internal records and mailing system (Mandrill)

Min requirements

• Full professional English proficiency
• Independent self-starter with a commitment to high quality and attention to detail
• Able to move projects forward, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Willingness to learn and develop skills

Qualifications / Experience

• Preferably experience in client care
